Terms of Use

This is an English translation for convenience. If the English and the Japanese versions differ, the Japanese version prevails.

These Terms of Use (the "Terms") set out the conditions for using the app "Sora no Oshigoto" (the "App") provided by TenStella ("we" or "us"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms. If a child plays, a parent or guardian should read these Terms.

1. The service

The App is an aeroplane game for little children to play together with a parent. It offers getting the plane ready at the airport, flying, landing, building planes in the hangar, a sticker book and roaming the airports freely.

2. Price

The App is free to use.
The App has no in-app purchases and no advertising.
No account is needed, and the App never connects to the internet.

3. For parents

The App is made for children aged 5 and under to play together with a parent. Please look after how long your child plays, their posture and their distance from the screen.
The parent settings (behind a 3-second press on the gear) are for parents to use.
When you photograph your child's drawing, please make sure no faces, names, addresses or anything else that identifies a person is in the picture (the photo stays on the device and is never sent anywhere).

4. Prohibited conduct

You must not:

break the law or public order and morals;
interfere with the App (for example by reverse engineering it or distributing a modified copy);
use the App for anything other than its intended purpose.

5. What the game shows

The airports, cities, airlines and vehicles in the App are fictional, modelled on real places. They have nothing to do with any real airport, airline or manufacturer, and the App does not accurately reproduce flying an aircraft or working at an airport.

6. Disclaimer

We do not guarantee that the App is free from defects in fact or in law.
Depending on the device or the operating system, the App may not work, or the progress of play stored on the device may be lost.
We are not liable for any damage arising from the use of the App, except where it is caused by our intent or gross negligence.

7. Changes to or end of the service

We may change the App through updates, or stop providing it.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may change these Terms when needed. We will announce important changes on this page. If you keep using the App after a change, you are deemed to agree to it.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute about the App is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction, in the first instance, of the court with jurisdiction over our place of business.
